Sellers' Pulse


Each day I check my micro-markets and am thrilled to see a regular increase in not only new inventory; but new 'under agreements' and new 'solds'.  This is happening daily and the numbers are giving me much good news to share with sellers.

I personally have had a couple of new listings come on in the past couple of weeks that had immediate and tremendous interest and traffic and each had an accepted offer in a week or less.  THIS my Massachusetts Real Estate fans, is what I call market improvement.  There is no better gauge of buyer thinking than to see such activity.

Something New

I've had a blog for over 2 years and recently decided to switch things up.  I'm doing a couple of things that feel sort of counter-intuitive; but what the heck.  The traffic to my old blog was driven mainly by keyword searches and when I checked my stats the keyword that were driving traffic were unrelated to my business and to me, for the most part.  There were also a couple of extremely frequent terms used that creeped me out; felt stalkerish if you know what I mean.  So I thought I'd start clean, keep a lesser named profile, and hope to build my readership in an organic way.  Of people interested in Massachusetts Real Estate.  Without linking to FB or Twitter or anything other than my own website (which you can find in my profile).  Lets just see how it shakes out.
